Who operates Happy Sexy Me?

Happy Sexy Me is an independent UK weight-loss mindset educational project operated by Ross Matthews. The person responsible for the personal information collected here can be contacted at support@happysexyme.com.

What we collect

If you join our waiting list, you provide your email address and tick a separate consent checkbox. Our form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated registrations. The security service and website host may process technical information such as an IP address or browser details. GetResponse may maintain subscription status and technical signup metadata. We do not request your weight, health information, diagnoses or personal reflections through the waiting-list form.

Why we use it

We use your email address only to send requested updates about developing and launching Happy Sexy Me's weight-loss mindset course and closely related programme information. The legal basis for these emails is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time. We use technical security measures to protect the website and prevent abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.

Who handles the data?

GetResponse processes and stores waiting-list subscriptions and sends emails on our behalf. Vercel hosts this website and its secure signup endpoint. Cloudflare provides the Turnstile security check. These providers may handle information in countries outside the UK under their applicable transfer terms and safeguards; contact us if you would like more information on safeguards relevant to your information. We do not sell your email address or give our list to affiliates.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you choose to remain on the waiting list and while the list is active. We will remove them when you unsubscribe or ask for erasure, subject to any limited suppression information needed to honour your preference. If the waiting-list project is discontinued, we will remove the associated marketing list. We do not use your email address to create a medical or psychological profile.

Your choices and rights

Every marketing email will provide an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to support@happysexyme.com. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection to marketing, or data portability where applicable. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Cookies and security

When you dismiss our optional waiting-list reminder, this website remembers that choice in session storage for the current browsing session, to avoid repeatedly interrupting you. This preference does not identify you or track your browsing across websites. You can still join using the visible waiting-list button. You can reset this preference by closing the browser tab or clearing site data.

We do not currently install advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Essential security and hosting technologies, including Cloudflare Turnstile, may use technical storage or browser signals required to protect the form. We will update this notice and review consent requirements before adding non-essential tracking.
